Posters

Guidelines for Poster presentation

  • Layout and Format: each poster must be produced of 0.90 m wide x 1.20 m high. Download the attached template in the right format with the conference logo and space to indicate your poster number.
  • Language: the poster must be prepared entirely in English, its presentation to the Scientific Committee must be in English.
  • Presentation time: each presenting authour has a maximum exposure time: 5 minutes.
  • Content: the poster must contain the following information: Title, Author(s) and Place of Work; and posters presentation should cover all key aspects of the work and contain the following items, where applicable: Introduction (brief), Objectives, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusions.
  • Texts must be readable from a distance of no less than 1 meter.
  • Production, assembly and disassembly: the authors will be responsible for the production of the poster, its assembly on Monday December 4th, and its disassembly on Thursday December 7th. The posters will remain displayed throughout the course of the meeting.
