Fees apply ONLY to payments received by the indicated deadlines.
Registration of fellows and students must be accompanied by a written proof of status, otherwise reduced fee will not be validated.

Social Activities

  • Gala dinner ticket: USD 60.
  • Argentinian barbecue “asado” closing dinner ticket: USD 60.
  • Argentinians pay the equivalent prize in pesos, official exchange rate of the payment day.

General conditions

  • Fees apply ONLY to payments received by the indicated deadlines.
  • Registration of students and PhDs must be accompanied by a written proof of status, otherwise reduced fee will not be validated.
  • Cancellation policy: in case of any cancellation or non-attendance, unfortunately, the registration fees are not refundable.

Method of Payment for delegates residing outside of Argentina

Payment by PAYPAL, the procedure is as follows:

  • Login your Paypal account session, or Paypal will ask for your email to open a new account.
  • Once the session is open, in the Paypal.me account @Apomixis2023Rosario, select “Send / Enviar
  • Write the amount to transfer for your conference registration in USD (American Dollars), if you prefer you can add a note, select “Continue / Continuar
  • Select the payment method “credit card” to proceed to make the payment.
  • Once the payment is processed, Paypal will confirm you the operation by mail.
  • Please upload a photo or a scan of the proof of payment in the registration form.
